Victoria is a leader within the local government sector, bringing twenty-eight years of experience across several South Australian councils. In her role as Chief Executive Officer at the City of Victor Harbor, she is dedicated to enhancing organisational performance and resilience through cultural change and innovation.
Victoria served thirteen years as a Board Member for Local Government Professionals SA, including as President in 2014. She also served seven years on the Board for Local Government Professionals Australia as National Director and National President 2020/21. She is Deputy Chair for Regional Development Australia (Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island), Board Member for Country Arts SA and Director for Regional Arts Australia.
Victoria is passionate about increasing diversity and believes local government should be truly representative of the communities it serves. Achieving gender balance at a senior level is one step toward expanding the diversity and equity of representation our sector needs.
