Victoria is a leader within the local government sector, bringing thirty years of experience across several South Australian councils. As Chief Executive Officer of the City of Victor Harbor, she is committed to strengthening organisational performance and resilience through cultural change and innovation.

Victoria served thirteen years as a Board Member for Local Government Professionals SA, including as President in 2014. She also served seven years on the Board for Local Government Professionals Australia as National Director and National President in 2020/21.

She is currently Chair of Regional Development Australia (Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island), Chair of the Zone Emergency Management Committee (Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island), and a Director for Regional Arts Australia.

Passionate about increasing diversity, Victoria believes local government should be truly representative of the communities it serves. Achieving gender balance at senior levels is an important step toward expanding the diversity and equity of representation our sector needs.
